Volunteers are at the core of Junior Achievement's success.
For our volunteers to mentor and share a few hours a year, can translate into building the self confidence and awareness of our country’s future leaders.

The Junior Achievement Turks and Caicos organization will train each volunteer, provide them with the programs curriculum, and coordinate their visits with the students with the schools.

This ensure that our volunteers spend their time where it is most valuable; with the students.

Each volunteer

• will be trained to deliver the programmes objectives

• will be given all material needed for the programme delivery

• will be required to spend one hour per week with students during the annual competition

• Will hone their facilitation skills

• Work along with different age groups
